BrainCare
NeuroTrax BrainCare is a cloud-based computer application for brain wellness. It includes a series of tests and associated reports for clinicians to monitor brain fitness, as well as data-driven recommendations for brain training.
Why BrainCare?
Survivors of acquired brain injury (ABI), including stroke and head trauma, often experience memory loss or other problems with thinking. Patients may ask their doctor what exercises they can do at home between appointments. Oftentimes, they are advised to ‘keep the mind active’ or are given loose instructions – e.g., play Sudoku, or do a few crosswords per day. These ambiguous instructions can lead to frustration for the patient.
BrainCare, from NeuroTrax, addresses this issue with an integrated software suite for testing, reporting and recommendations leading to a structured approach to brain training.
